What is MRI?

MRI stands for Magnetic Resonance Imaging. In the early 1980s, the invention of MRIs revolutionized the diagnostic imaging industry with a non invasive diagnostic imaging technique that provides superior resolution.

MRI creates detailed images, allowing physicians to look inside the body with precision. Additionally, MRI has hardly any side effects, because it uses magnetic signals to see through the body.
We can make MRI easier for all your patients
The pictures produced by the MRI technology are used in early diagnosis of a variety of medical conditions: central nervous system diseases, orthopedic injuries and disorders, strokes, and cancer.

MRI studies allow physicans analyse medical conditions that a few years ago had only been detectable from physical signs and symptoms.

As a result, doctors have access to more perfect information when determining the most appropriate treatment.
MNAP MRI - open to everyone
MAGNETOM Concerto MRI detects details that cannot be seen with other imaging techniques. It is equipped with high-field components necessary to achieve excellent image quality in a reasonable acquisition time, strong gradients, wide selections of advanced sequences, as well as computerized performance.

Additionally, it provides maximum comfort for patients, specifically for claustrophobic and anxious
patients as well as for children.

MAGNETOM Concerto advances achievement of superior image quality for whole body MR imaging in a short scan time.
Advanced capabilities of Magnetom Concerto:
Magnetom Concerto is capable of MRI and MRA of the brain as well as of the neck. The modern pulse sequences include 2D/3D TOF and Turbo FLASH cholangiography, 2D/3D HASTE pulse sequences for cholangiography, as well as 2D/3D HASTE IR for fat suppression.
MRI and MRA studies and procedures:
  • Brain, sinus, TMJ
• Face, eye, carotid of neck and spine
• Shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle and foot joints
• Abdominal and pelvis
• Liver, kidney, pancreatic, bladder, and bowel
• Nervous system
• Musculoskeletal system
• Arterial angiography
• Tumor detection
The key features of Magnetom Concerto:
  • Open design for a panoramic view
• Strong gradients
• Silent environment
• Adult, children and oversized patient comfortability.
